Apple Pie Biscuits

These Apple Pie Biscuits combine the best of both worlds — flaky, golden biscuits and a sweet, cinnamon-spiced apple pie filling. They’re easy to make, absolutely delicious, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Each bite tastes like a mini apple pie wrapped in a soft, buttery biscuit!

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Filling:
    Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces if the slices are large.
    Mix with cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Flatten Biscuits:
    Take each biscuit and flatten it into a small circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.
  4. Add Filling:
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon of apple filling into the center of each biscuit.
  5. Seal and Shape:
    Fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush and Bake:
    Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 13–16 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Make the Glaze:
    In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
    Drizzle over warm biscuits.
  8. Serve:
    Enjoy warm with a drizzle of glaze and maybe a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side!
